Books on Our NetGalley Shelf

We absolutely love requesting books on NetGalley…sometimes too much. We thought we’d share with all our readers the five books we’ll be reading next on our NetGalley shelf. Let us know if you’ll be reading any of these books soon too!

1. Gone Dark by Amanda Panitch

Gone Dark follows Zara, a 17 year old who escaped a survivalist life five years ago to join the real world. But when a malware attack on the United States electrical grids leaves the whole country dark, Zara is forced to back to the dangerous life she left behind.

2. This May End Badly by Samantha Markum

Doe and her best friends love nothing more than their prank war with the rival boys school. Now that it’s senior year, it’s time to win the final battle. But when the Headmistress announces that their school is merging with their rival, no one is safe. This May End Badly sounds like an entertaining and hilarious romcom.

3. The Charmed List by Julie Abe

Ellie Kobata is known as the quiet girl. One summer, she’s determined she needs to start living and create an Anti-Wallflower list: 13 items she needs to check off before school returns. If only things were easier. We’re excited to read about Ellie’s adventures in The Charmed List.

4. Dead Girls Can’t Tell Secrets by Chelsea Ichaso

Dead Girls Can’t Tell Secrets follows sister Savannah and Piper. Piper had an accident last month, leaving her in a coma. But Savannah thinks it’s no accident. Someone wanted Piper dead and Savannah’s determined to find out who.

5. My Dearest Darkest by Kayla Cottingham

Finch Chamberlin is the new student at ultra-exclusive private school. But Finch isn’t what she seems. A terrible accident happened not long ago. One that should have left her dead. But some dark force protected her and she has no idea what’s about to happen. My Dearest Darkest promises to be haunting and suspenseful.
