We found the Life’s a Beach Book Tag a few weeks ago and thought it would fun to participate during the last full month of summer. Grab your beach bag, pack your favorite book and enjoy the August sunshine. This tag was created by Lefty, the Left-Handed Book Lover and we found it on Read and Review It.
It’s the first week of summer! For us, one of the best things to do is read outside while enjoying the warm weather. We love finding YA books that make the season even more enjoyable. Keep reading to see some great books to get you excited for the sun, sand and water and tell us how you are celebrating the new season.
We found this fun summer book tag from Sweet & Sunny Living and decided to participate. Last year our Summer Book Tag featured books with the word summer in the title. This year it’s books that make us think about summer.
1. Iced Drink: A Refreshing Book
Glimpsed by G.F. Miller was fun, sweet and such a refreshing book because we’ve never read anything like it. If you’re looking for a creative and quirky YA romance, this book is for you! Charity is fairy godmother and the disgruntled ex of one of her Cindies (clients), is determined to expose Charity for destroying people’s lives (or so he thinks). In exchange for helping the adorkable Noah win back his ex, he will keep his mouth shut about Charity’s fairy godmother status.
