If you read our blog you know that we love Jenn Bennett’s YA books. Five out of six are contemporary romance, while one is a historical fantasy. We plan to update this list when Bennett releases more books. The next one, Always Jane, will be released in 2021.

Since her strict grandmother has passed away, her grandfather gives her more freedom: enter a brand new job at a dazzling hotel in downtown Seattle, Washington and adventures with her handsome coworker.

The Book

Our pick for April 2019 is Serious Moonlight by Jenn Bennett, which will be released on April 16, 2019.

Why did we pick this book?

We both loved Jenn Bennett’s book Alex, Approximately, which released in 2017. It’s one of our all-time favorite YA contemporaries, so we knew we had to pick up Bennett’s latest book. We’re also intrigued by the description, which promises a cozy mystery and a cute romance.
